Important: What Happens Next?
- Permanent Deletion: All personal identifying information (Name, Email, Phone, Enrollment Records) and associated user content will be permanently deleted from our primary servers.
- Loss of Access: You will immediately lose access to all purchased plans, review materials, and account services. This action cannot be reversed.
- Processing Time: Data deletion requests are processed manually to ensure security and compliance, and may take up to 30 days to complete.
- Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation via the channel you used to submit the request once the deletion is complete.
